Work Permit Requests over Summer
Students in need of a work permit over the summer may come to school to process permits until June 17th. Beginning June 20th, permits can be obtained at the CUSD District office using the following process:
2) Fill out the student portion and have the employer complete their section
3) Return the form either via email or in person
4) Visit the District Office to sign the permit
