The CMS Extended Learning Center is open. For those new to CMS, the ELC is a quiet study environment with a tutor available Monday through Thursday from right after school until 5:30 p.m. It is a great place for a student to get his or her homework done right after school. There is a late bus for students who live out in the valley or Cachagua and another for those who live in Big Sur. This is an academic study room where students are expected to have something to work on and is NOT meant to be childcare. While students sign in and out of the ELC, no attendance is taken and students are free to come and leave at whatever time works for them. Students may not return once they have signed out. Students must have an ELC contract on file to attend the ELC.
