NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL SCHOOL DEVELOPER FEE REPORT & FIVE YEAR FINDINGS
CARMEL UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Carmel Unified School District (“District”) has completed and is making available for public review its proposed Annual School Developer Fee Report & Five Year Findings (“Fee Report”), pursuant to Government Code section 66006(b)(2) and Government Code section 66001 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The Fee Report is available for public review (1) linked above, and (2) at the District Office, located at 4380 Carmel Valley Road, Carmel, California 93923.


The Board will review the Fee Report at its next regularly scheduled public meeting on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, at the District Board Meeting Room, located at 4380 Carmel Valley Road, Carmel, California 93923.
