• Reclassification & Compensation Study for Classified Employees

    CSEA and CUSD have decided to engage in a "wall to wall" Reclassification Study, which will also include a compensation study.  The study will include a document review, classification study questionnaires, focus groups and finally, draft job descriptions for review.  The information contained on this page should provide staff members with foundational information, access to updates, and associated documents.  Staff members who are not able to find the information they need, can reach out to CSEA leadership or to Human Resources administrators.
