Please pracitce them daily. You can hide them around the house and have your child find them, write them in the dirt, write the words in different colors, use sidewalk chalk, stick them around the house and have them write the words, look for them in books.
McGraw Hill Connect Ed is on classlink. Your child can go to the book and read the stories. They may also click on the game controller to play some ELA games. The big focus for ELA is reading, reading, and reading.
Practice counting to 100
This week's focus for math is shapes. We will introduce rectangles and hexagons. Once again focusing on straight lines and vertices.
Remember you can always continue to practice addition and subtraction problems into conversations. “ I need you to please set the table. I have one fork. How many people do we have? How many more forks do we need?”
Focus on writing 1 solid sentence a day. Refer back to their writer's checklist.
