First Graders are expected to work on nightly reading for an average of 20 minutes 3-4 nights per week. Your child will bring home a weekly reading log and spelling list. This packet will be sent home on Fridays and will be due each Friday. Your child should have 80 minutes of reading logged each week to receive credit for completing the assignment.
