Sight Words:
Every night practice all of the words on the sight word ring.
Mix up the practice to make it more interesting by: take the words off of the ring and rearrange them; have your child sing you the song that goes with each word; spell the words then say them; trace them; take them off of the ring, place them face down and play a game that if you turn it over and say the correct word then you get to keep it and see who gets the most words, etc. Just practice the words until your child knows them ‘by sight!’
Your child’s reading success and progress truly depends upon their reading every night and knowing these sight words.
Thank you for your support!
