Below is the current CUSD Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). Each year, we present information regarding the LCAP process to stakeholder groups, collect feedback from these groups, and share the draft LCAP once developed. The LCAP goals, actions, services, and outcomes are all closely aligned with our District Goals. These goals focus on student achievement, college and career readiness, our efforts to support students who struggle to make grade level progress, and our transition to Common Core State Standards and the Smarter Balanced Assessment. After reviewing the document, if you have any questions or feedback, please contact Dr. Suzie DePrez, Chief Academic Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org or 831-624-1546 x2031. We look forward to engaging with all of our stakeholders as we develop the LCAP this school year!
Stakeholder EngagementThroughout the winter of 2016-17, we've met with various groups of stakeholders throughout the district: students, teachers and community members. We've discussed district achievement in relation to the district's three goals: Instructional Excellence and Innovation, Student Support and Engagement, and Continuous Professional Learning. Our stakeholders have given us valuable input throughout this process to further our success. We invite you to view our presentation and materials as well as the responses we've gathered below. If you'd like to submit feedback, please email a completed input form (found below) to email@example.com.
