All Athletes are required to complete an Athletic Packet prior to tryouts and practice. This includes a medical clearance from a physician. Athletic Packets are available in the Administration hallway, outside the Athletic Director's office. Once they are completed, they are submitted to Mr. Anderson, our Athletic Director for review and approval. Approved packets are valid for the entire school year.
Athletes are required to purchase an Activity Stamp ($35 per school year) to help offset the expense of athletic officials. Payment should be made at the ASB office (cash or checks payable to:('CHS: ASB'). The Activity Stamp entitles the student to free admission to all home football and basketball games and discounts for ASB-sponsored dances/events.
